We do not make loans, take loan applications, quote rates or terms on any lender's behalf, or guarantee that any loan will be approved or funded. Each lender is responsible for its own underwriting, licensing & compliance.

If you opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Telegenics Media LLC including appointment confirmations & reminders, replies to your request & follow-ups about your Borrower Pipeline Audit. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe & HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Booking a call does not create a client relationship. We may contact you by email, phone & text, with your consent where the law requires it, about your booking. Calls may be recorded or transcribed with notice.

Fees, payment terms & any performance guarantee are set out in a written agreement signed by both parties before work begins.
